For shipping costs please refer to the shipping calculator within your “Shopping Cart”. This calculator will give you different options according to where you live, the cheapest to more expensive couriers and also the time taken to deliver.
We take great care in delivering your products so they are delivered by a professional courier company. Most couriers do not give you a specific date or time that they will deliver. You will only receive an Estimated Date of Arrival. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email from us advising you that your shipment is on its way. Most of our products ship within 1-3 business days (our business days are Tuesday-Friday as we are closed on Mondays for dispatch).
All of our products are substantially packaged with styrofoam corners and edging and also hard cardboard edging to protect it against damage during transit. Unless an “Authority To Leave” has been requested by our customers, all deliveries should be signed for. We advise all customers to check for any damages in transit before signing.

We also offer pickup from our shop in Willoughby, Sydney. This is free of charge and is during opening hours.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee when the item is returned in it’s original condition and in it’s original packaging.
All damages or faults to the item need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email with corresponding photos to ensure a full refund or exchange.
If the return is because you have changed your mind, we ARE able to refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost. The item must not be damaged, scratched or scuffed in any way and in it’s original packing and boxes.
If the product is damaged (in transit) or faulty in any way, we will refund both the purchase price and the shipping cost but the product must be returned to us in the original condition and also original packaging. Refunds cannot be given due to accidental damage by the customer.
We ask that all deliveries from the courier be checked for damages before being accepted and signed for.
